- Maybe, slower than 120MHz isn't worth to do...

- What is this? Display board? OK. It's good if it is integrated,
- it's better to be fast and switchable off for use other display-
- adapter. How about to use CyberGFX?

- All features above is really important. I have now Vortex Golden Gate
- 486SLC2 with MonitorMaster. I'm very pleased to this, but nowdays
- it's too slow and threre's no more development for it. Golden Gate
- can't run new Windows 95 either and with OS/2 it can't share hard-
- disk, memory or mouse. HD-sharing is very important to me. It would
- be practical that You have own HD for bridgeboard and one partition
- for in common use with Amiga and PC.
-
- I have A4000 with MicroniK tower and it has lot of room for expansions.
- It's great case for using two different computers at the same box.
- I have three 5 ISA-slot for PC-use. I think Pentium-bridgeboard
- could be Zorro-III-card and maybe PCI-card too. I have heard that
- there in Europe is available some Pentium-board with PCI. These
- boards are only PC on a card without sharing anything with Amiga.
- I don't see any sense on them. But the interesting thing with them
- is that PCI, because there is some PCI-daughterboards available
- for Amiga. I haven't see them and I don't have any specs, but two
- dealers has them at their price-list.

-
- It's about 6900,- FIM. Quite a lot! Let's see some ads from text-TV:
- - Pentium 100 8/850/14"......6250,-
- This has everything, minitower, HD, monitor, keyboard, etc. So,
- it looks that, it isn't very wise to buy emulator...
- I think that bare price should be something like $800,- and with
- 16mb memory about $1000,-.
-
- > How important would direct file transfer be to you?

-
- It is not matter which one. I have to move lot of data between Amiga
- and PC. I do my jobs with my Amiga and transfer data to PC-use. So
- it is important that there is one HD which is accesible from both
- sides. CD-rom is another device which should be shared. I have now
- two of them, one for PC and one for Amiga. Everyone doesn't have
- so much room on their machines (think about A4000 desktop), so it
- would be important that you could use Amiga-CD-rom from PC-side.
-
- Good luck for Your project.
